Model M does not use recipes or automatic setpoint regulation. The operator adjusts the valve, follows the gauge, controls the test duration and completes the cycle according to the written procedure.
It is designed for teams that value direct operation and lower system complexity over automation and electronic documentation.
Load and close
Place the sample in the selected CDV chamber and secure the lid according to the operating procedure.
Apply vacuum
Use the manual regulator to increase vacuum while monitoring the package and digital reading.
Hold and observe
Maintain the specified condition for the defined time and evaluate the visual indication required by the method.
Release and document
End the test manually, vent the chamber and record the result through the facility's established process.

Repeatability note: A digital gauge does not make the entire test automatic. Results also depend on the procedure, operator training, vacuum target, timing, package condition and acceptance criteria.

Does Model M regulate vacuum automatically?
No. Vacuum adjustment is manual. The operator uses the valve and follows the digital gauge.
Does “manual” mean the gauge is mechanical?
No. Model M includes a digital vacuum indication, while regulation and cycle control remain manual.
Does Model M save recipes or test records?
No. Teams requiring stored recipes, user permissions or electronic records should evaluate Model P.
Can Model M be used with different CDV chambers?
It is designed for compatible CDV chambers. The final configuration must match the chamber, vacuum source, package and application.
